We are an academic venue
NTU Events and Conferencing manages the commercial meeting and event space located within Nottingham Trent University.
As an academic venue, we offer a range of facilities all year round and are proud to be one of the leading conference venues in the East Midlands.
Out of term, during the Christmas, Easter and Summer vacation, we have access to teaching space across all all campuses. This enables us to offer the very best of facilities for your conference and events; from exclusive use of our Veterinary Centre to the self-contained Teaching and Learning Building, there is space to suit every event.
As a centre for learning, we have tiered and flat floor theatre space that provides an educational environment, along with large conference rooms, exhibition space and a wide selection of breakout and syndicate rooms for corporate and public events.
Take your event outdoors
If you are looking to host your event in the open space of outdoors then we can help.
For an urban feel, you can opt for our Clifton Science and Technology Campus, with grass pitches and an outdoor plaza.
For the more rural retreat, we have Brackenhurst Campus, home to the University’s School of Animal, Rural and Environmental Sciences.
This campus is situated in 500 acres of countryside with an abundance of green, open spaces.
Nottingham city centre venue
Nottingham City Campus, in the heart of the city, boasts award-winning exhibition space combined with its ease of access via public transport, it is the natural choice to host public events such as wedding fairs, public conventions and so much more.
For banqueting and special events, our facilities are second to none; our Grade II* listed Arkwright building provides truly unique venue space, whilst the contemporary Central Court and Forum Level 0 & Level 1 are open spaces so versatile they can suit almost every type of event including exhibitions.

With multiple campuses to choose from; Nottingham City Campus, Clifton Science and Technology Campus, Brackenhurst Campus, Confetti and Mansfield University Centre we have flexible, versatile spaces to host a multitude of events.
