Dedicated onsite team
Our onsite conference management team can assist you in all aspects of event management, and will be on hand throughout your event to provide logistical support. When you are looking to bring an international event to Nottingham, we work closely with Visit Nottinghamshire, who are responsible for driving leisure and business visitors to the city. They can assist in civic receptions and VIP tours of the city along with assistance in entertainment and other activities.
We have preferred rates with local hotels in and around the city and for large residential events coming to Nottingham, we can put you in touch with Meet in Nottingham to manage your accommodation needs, along with offering our student accommodation during the summer months.
