A choice of location
NTU Events and Conferencing offers three campuses to host your residential events during summer vacation: Nottingham City Campus, Clifton Science and Technology Campus and Brackenhurst Campus. Each of our venues have unique spaces to accommodate from 2 to 1000 delegates.
Being a university, we have exceptional teaching and learning spaces, including specialised laboratories and facilities. You can also opt to hire exclusive, self contained teaching buildings which enables you to fully brand the space with your company logo and marketing collateral.
Onsite conference event management team
Organising large events can be challenging, which is why our dedicated events team are on hand to offer assistance and guidance throughout the planning, as well as the logistics during the event, we know it’s the small details that make the difference helping you to stage an event your delegates will never forget.
Dining options
NTU Events and Conferencing has a host of dining options on campus, open for delegates to purchase their own catering, or we can arrange bespoke delegate packages to include all your event costs. Conference dinners can be arranged within our historic buildings at Nottingham City Campus or for more informal evenings you can enjoy a summer BBQ at any one of our campuses.
Accommodation options
Residential conferences enjoy the practical, modern, en-suite student accommodation with plenty of communal areas and a choice of on campus or city centre locations. Alternatively, we have preferred rates with local hotels in and around the city and for large residential events coming to Nottingham, we can put you in touch with Meet in Nottingham to manage your accommodation needs.
