NTU Events & Conferencing win the CHS 2020 Award Best Sustainable/CSR Practice

NTU Events & Conferencing, part of Nottingham Trent University is excited to announce we have won the CHS 2020 Award for Best Sustainable / CSR Practice.

This is the sixth year of the CHS Award’s which provides UK hotels and venues with a fantastic opportunity to showcase their facilities and was held virtually this year.

Each category is judged by an independent panel of over 50 event professionals from leading agencies throughout the UK – all experienced within their nominated award.  Individual categories judged by senior professionals with vast experience within the events and hospitality industry.

The category Best Sustainable / CSR Practice is open to any organisation in the MICE sector that has a strong green, sustainable or energy saving policy and operational programme in place. With nominees needing to demonstrate how they operate in a sustainable manner, putting into action the appropriate tools, techniques and training to help create a more sustainable future.

Winning this category shows how the team have a real dedication to making a positive impact in the world in which we operate our business.
